In connection with our dry cleaning services, we may send service-related text messages — such as order-ready or pickup notifications — to customers who provide a mobile number at one of our locations or through our point-of-sale system. These messages are sent through a third-party messaging provider. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
Kean's does not store or have access to your credit card information. Our website does not process payments directly. When payment information is collected — for example, through a connected app or portal that links you to our point-of-sale system — that information is transmitted directly to our point-of-sale system and its third-party payment processor, which securely handle and store it on our behalf. Kean's does not retain, and cannot access, your full card details.
Some customers use our mobile app and 24-hour locker service to let us know about drop-offs and pickups and to coordinate their cleaning. Information you provide through the app is used to fulfill and manage your service. If you download the app through a third-party app store, that store's own privacy terms will also apply to your use of it.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Email subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe, and form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
